Terms and Conditions

General

Payment is required to book this accommodation. Guests booking more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival will pay an initial Security Deposit. Guests who book within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will pay the total accommodation cost. Both amounts are paid by credit card and are refundable under these terms.

Security deposit

A security deposit is required to reserve a booking made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival and is held against the credit card used until the booking ends.

Security deposits are normally refunded in full after the booking ends but may be withheld in the case of loss or damage to the property.

If the booking is cancelled before the scheduled arrival, the security deposit will be refunded.

Payment and Refunds

If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival, the accommodation cost will be fully refunded.

If a guest cancels a booking within 14 days of the scheduled arrival, the guest will be liable for a cancellation fee, and the property will be re-listed.

If an owner cancels a booking at any time, the accommodation cost will be fully refunded.

Guests who book more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival will receive a “Payment Request” that includes the bank details necessary for the full payment of the accommodation cost.

If full payment of the accommodation cost is not received 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the booking will be cancelled, the guest may be liable for a cancellation fee under these terms, and the property will be re-listed.

No-show bookings will forfeit the total accommodation cost.

Cancellation Fee

Bookings that guests cancel within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will incur a cancellation fee unless the property can be rented to another guest for the length of the original booking.

If the property can be rented for the length of the original booking, the accommodation cost will be fully refunded.

If the property cannot be rented for the length of the original booking, the guest will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation cost for the period for which the property cannot be rented.

House Rules

This property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.

This property will not accommodate parties. This includes hen, stag, or similar parties.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. Checkout is anytime before 10 a.m. on the scheduled day of departure. Arrangements for late checkout may be made with the owners via email, available through the Contact Us page of this website.

Check-in is via a keypad. Access instructions will be given to guests via email.
